The colors of leadership speak, in the same method that artists, designer and interior designers use colors for their craft. Colors produce the atmosphere and affects moods and feelings. The right shade in painting integrated with the ideal strokes draws out the perfect image. When colors of accessories and walls are matched accordingly, a space becomes a sanctuary of heat and comfort. An individual's charisma and beauty are radiated by the color of the clothes he or she uses. Colors draw out the true color of an individual as well. Actions, habits and personalities are associated with colors. The very same goes for management styles.
The only way to grow power is to offer it away. I have not yet met a leader who isn't drawn to power. That does not make them megalomaniacs! It is with power that we can achieve change, grow companies, or improve circumstances. However power does not grow when hoarded by the leader. If you take other's power you leave them powerless. Helpless people accomplish absolutely nothing. And leaders need others to get things done. See lessons 10 and 11! So, to grow your power base and chance to accomplish things, you need to provide those around you the power to satisfy their highest capacity. Simply put, power shrinks greatly when hoarded and grows significantly when shared.
